- Hybrid Working in either Paris, Angers, Grenoble or Lyon
- 3 Days per week on site, reduced to 2 after on-boarding period
- Occasional travel required to other sites (all expensed)
- Start Date : 02/09/2024

- Our customer is one of the world's biggest Systems Integrators, they are a Cisco and Microsoft Gold Partner and partner with some of the biggest companies in the world providing technical, consulting and managed services.
- They have just won a project with a key player and market leader in the Healthcare space and require the support of an external Technical Lead to lead the Implementation phase of their deployment project.

Job Details
Technical Leader
Primary responsibilities of the position include :
- Manage and monitor the implementation of technical changes (security upgrade, migrations, obsolescence/technical debt management) programmed within the different TFs
- Participate in the prioritisation and assignment of the technical and security initiatives of the Technical FT by demonstrating pedagogy to the product team
- Carry out progress monitoring and reporting of risks or alerts on the implementation of technical and security initiatives
- Monitor the activities of the FT Tech as the PO of this TF.
- Report to the Transversal Delivery Manager and the Services Department
- Work in close collaboration with the Delivery Managers as well as with the Technical Department teams
- Participate in the following ad hoc bodies to appropriate the technical and safety topics to be prioritised (COTECH, DA/DT committee...)
- Participate in ad hoc bodies in order to prioritise and ensure the progress of Tech and Social Security initiatives (upcoming PI preparation bodies, FT Tech Agile ceremonies, etc.)
- Produce progress reporting in ad hoc bodies (CODEL, COMOP, D/D committee)
Technical Skills :
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe) and DevSecOps-type organisations with autonomous teams (business, development, operations)
- Knowledge of containerised environments
- Familiarisation with the development of "cloud ready" applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Gitlab, Jira-Confluence
- Knowledge of KIBANA or equivalent tool
- Mastery of an API management solution
- Strong sensitivity to security from both a technological and process point of view
- Ability to synthesise and communicate
- Initiative, open-mindedness, pragmatism, rigor
- Strong appetite for teamwork (especially service providers) and collective success
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
