Role: Sr. Account Executive (all genders)
Possible Estimated Salary: 60.000€ - 100.000€* base + 75% uncapped commissions of bookings
Location: Remote (France)

I am currently working on a Senior Sales Executive role for a world-renowned independent company for their applied safety and compliance solutions. They are a global company with over 10.000 employees and based out of the United States. Their certification is world-recognized and they work across multiple industries, such as Automotive, Industrial, Energy & Utilities, and for this role, Chemicals.
As they are growing their compliance & regulatory software sales department across Europe, they are looking for candidates with a great background in these areas and people who are well-connected in the chemical industry who can help them add new logos to their business.
Responsibilities:
- Land new business opportunities in your region, and then expand those accounts via upsells and renewals
- Build relationships with buyers and support GAM, SAM, and KAMs with global accounts
- Represent the company's portfolio with respect and fairness
- Meet individual sales goals through marketing, technical support, and sales support
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams with solution architects, BDRs, and product teams
- Increase market position
- Lead contract negotiations with new customers
- Lead and participate in workshops, webinars, presentations, and virtual consultations
- Bring together cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Solution Architects)
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years' experience in new logo acquisition in software sales (SaaS)
- Market knowledge about regulation and compliance in the chemical industry
- Fluent in English & either Spanish, Italian, or German (C1)
- Similar previous experience
- Well-connected to chemical companies and understanding the market
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with an attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive and self-starter
