A leading SaaS vendor in the CCaaS space is looking for a senior sales leader to join their team in Germany as a player-coach within the Mid-Market/Commercial segment. With this role you will play an essential role within the EMEA team by driving growth and customer satisfaction in the DACH market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Mid-Market Sales Executives in the DACH region
- Maximise revenue generation by acquiring and expanding new logos
- Manage sales cycles from initiation to closure
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in prospective accounts
Skills And Experience Required:
- 5+ years of software sales experience, including selling solutions at the C-level, with 3+ years of direct sales management experience
- Experience in managing and building successful teams of SaaS sales professionals, ideally within the CCaaS/UCaaS domain
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent German and English
