Title: (Senior) Account Executive/ Business Development Manager (all genders)

Territory: EMEA
Compensation: around 110.000€ - 140.000€* base + variable (uncapped)
I am currently working on a senior position at an exciting, emerging Canadian scale up that is forging the way in 3D printing software for factory automation. My client offers a cloud platform that is used by companies such as Google, Boeing, and ThyssenKrupp for their equipment from the design phase to deployment, inclusive automation. This pre-IPO company is helping to democratize industrial automation.
The company is looking to continue its growth across EMEA with an Account Executive who will be responsible for bringing on new logos and managing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land new business opportunities in Europe, and then expand those accounts
- Represent the company's portfolio with respect and fairness
- Meet individual sales goals through marketing, technical support, and sales support
- Increase market position
- Lead contract negotiations with new customers
- Lead and participate in workshops, webinars, presentations, and virtual consultations
Profile:
- German & English fluency (C1)
- 5+ years' experience selling in robotic solutions
- Experience in engaging senior level executives and the C-suites
- Demonstrable track record in successful sales
- Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative
