$100,000 - $135,000 base salary *
Glocomms partnered with a leading global insurance group in their search for a Security and Privacy Lead Specialist. This presents an exciting opportunity to take charge of global policy and standard governance delivery throughout the organization, collaborating closely with stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete annual policy review process, ensuring requests for policy updates are promptly assigned/processed/finalized, and providing essential guidance on privacy and security controls to support stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant experience with IT privacy, security, audit, controls and regulatory compliance, along with demonstrable experience in policy and report writing
- Advanced knowledge of global regulations/regulators including Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, APRA, CBIRC
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC Technology
- Experience with IT Control frameworks, such as CSF, NIST, P
- Demonstrable experience translating business needs/issues into viable solutions
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
