Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling cybersecurity and network security solutions to enterprises, government bodies, and public sector organizations. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to develop high-level relationships, and a proven track record in driving regional sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive market penetration in Saudi Arabia.
Lead Business Development Efforts: Identify and secure new enterprise and government clients while strengthening existing customer relationships.
Drive Market Expansion: Establish and expand the company's presence in Saudi Arabia through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, cybersecurity teams, and government procurement officials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional client satisfaction.
Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall expansion of the business in the region.
Stay Ahead of Cybersecurity Trends: Maintain deep industry knowledge of cybersecurity challenges, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats relevant to Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network security sales, with a focus on enterprise and government clients.
Public & Private Sector Expertise: Strong understanding of Saudi government procurement processes, cybersecurity regulations, and enterprise security needs.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, scale, and manage high-performing sales teams.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions such as DDoS protection, Zero Trust, WAF, CDN, and compliance standards.
Strategic Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in leading complex sales cycles, negotiating high-value deals, and managing key accounts.
Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia with the ability to engage clients through both virtual and in-person meetings.
Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and company engagements.
