MS Teams Voice Engineer
Contract:
- 350 - 500 TJM

- Our customer is one of France's and Europe's biggest Banking Group! They have 150 million customers globally, with their HQ in Paris and Lyon.
- Due to a lack of internal availability, client looking to freelance market for external expertise.
- Client offers a great opportunity for a long-term engagement, when you finish on this project, if they have the availability, they will propose you for another project.
- We have been partners with this client for over 3.5 years.
- We work with them all across Europe, and have consultant working within the team at present.
Details:
- They will be working in the project team to help deploy MS Teams Voice/Telephony into their Infrastructure and being the technical referent in the L3 Support Team, so experience in both areas is key!
- Working with teams in Paris and Lyon with 10-15 other engineers on the infrastructure.
- The customer you will be supporting are based all over Europe (UK, France, Portugal, Germany and Italy)
- In total, the customer has over 200,000 staff globally and as a result they have this many end points to support.
- No certifications are required for the position but any relevant Microsoft, AD or Systems Administration certificates will certainly support your application.
- There is a huge opportunity for extension, whether it is with this specific customer or with another project, if you are happy with the work you are doing and they are happy with the work your producing there will be the options for extension.
Tech stack: MS Teams, MTeams Telephony, VoIP, Skype for Business, Oracle SBC (Different to SBC Audiocodes)
