Glocomms is currently partnered with worldwide leader that provides chemistry solutions, artificial lift systems, and highly specialized equipment and technologies vital for the safe, efficient, and sustainable extraction of oil and gas around the world. My client is seeking a Lead Engineer who is looking to learn new technologies, stay on top of newer frameworks and adopt the technologies in quick time.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate daily digital product management tasks for enterprise platforms and digital project deliverable.
- Collaborate with creative teams to generate inventive technology-driven concepts, and assist in identifying, escalating, and resolving technical issues with platforms and environments.
- Document and maintain architecture standards and best practices, offering guidance and mentoring to the team on these principles.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or math with at least 10 years of experience.
- Working knowledge with AGILE development, SCRUM and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) with one or more of the following programming languages: .NET, C#, Java, JSON or Python.
- Good knowledge and multi-year hands-on experience of Microsoft Azure Platform.
Additional Experience:
- Experience in the Oil and Gas domain
- Experience with IoT software security, SecDevOps and security software
