Onsite: Sunday - Thursday
2nd Shift Hours: ~4pm - 12am EST
Location: Burlington, NJ
One of the fastest-growing manufacturers in the textile industry is looking to expand their internal technology team with an IT Support Lead to cover second shift, based in Burlington, NJ.
Handling helpdesk requests, coordinating with outside vendors and internal departments to ensure requirements are properly defined, and navigating network / hardware troubleshooting efforts in a warehouse environment are all part of the day to day. Needless to say, prior experience in a warehouse is definitely a plus (but not required)!
Additional Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working as IT Support Specialist or related field
- 5+ years experience working within a Windows environment
- Capable setting up new workstations, moving equipment, troubleshooting printers etc.
- Attention to detail and attentiveness... Really being present and taking action as needed for the IT team
- Located within 30 minutes of Burlington, NJ, or open to relocating!
There is one individual handling IT support during normal business hours (9am-6pm ET), which is why the organization needs someone to supplement those hours into evening.
