- Glocomms have been working with the customer across different areas of their business for the last 3 years and have a number of consultants working on their projects at present
Job Details
Cisco UC Engineer
- Primary Responsibilities include L1/2 Troubleshooting on their Infrastructure, answering tickets and speaking with the clients (workers within the business) to help solve their problems related to their VoIP and Cisco UC tools.
- Technical Skills : Cisco UC, VoIP, Networking, EndPoint
- You will be part of their wider Unified Communications department, where you will have exposure to Alcatel and Microsoft Teams and in the future the opportunity to push into their L3 troubleshooting department after gaining more experience and exposure in the field.
- The team works on shifts, so there will be some early and late work, but nothing scheduled for night work, purely shifting between starting early (7am) and finishing late (7pm)
- Given the International context of the business, the working environment will be both English and French with some of the clients being based out of their other European offices.
- No certifications are a requirement for the position but any relevant UC, VoIP or Cisco certificates will certainly support your application.
